Alex Rodriguez finally shown his true worth in the pin stripe. Down by one run in the 11th inning, A-Rod hit a home run to tie the game. And the new Mr.Walk-off Melky Cabrera came through again for the Yankees. It wasn't exactly a walk off hit but his infield hit was mishandled and Maicer Izturis committed a game-ending throwing error in the 13th as the Yankees defeated the Angels, 4-3. This game lasted more than five hours.
